We offer the following before and after school clubs:

Havannah First School

Wednesdays 8 a.m. with Jade

Years 2 - 4


West Jesmond Primary School

Thursdays 8 a.m. with Tony

Years 2 & 3


West Jesmond Primary School

Thursdays 3:30 p.m. with Paris

Years 4 - 6


Our school clubs cost £6.50 per class payable per half term.

Our instructors are enthusiastic, friendly black belts with years of martial arts experience, public liability insurance and clear, enhanced DBS checks. They try to blend the traditional side of martial arts with a relaxed, modern approach to coaching.

An average class begins with a group warm-up followed by line work to prepare us for belt tests. We then usually play a few games before working on balance and focus. We usually finish with pad work and some more games.
